it was quiet, it was reasonably clean and good for the bus conection to Santa Cruz

First we were given a wrong door key, we had to wait in the corridor for 15minutes for a technition.Food was very dissapionting for a suposed 4 star hotel, Charged 5.50 nfor a small beer and a small caraf of wine.Restaraunt staff was a bit grumpy.the instructions for the air con was not good.

The variety of food options included unexpected delights like sushi and smoked salmon.

The reception staff were unfriendly, which decreased the overall cute vibe.

Do not like the fact that the room was near the elevator. Elevator roared, constantly walking people, so it was hard to sleep.

Kindness of people in the reception. No problem when I comunicated I was leaving the hotel.

Aged furniture. Scraped taps in the bathroom. Ver dirty bathroom (when I opened the bathroom for the first time I found a brown stain just below the toilette bowl!!!). In the night a lot of noices: water in the pipes, wind, air conditioning motors, wind??? I don't know but it was quite pestering. On the morning I left the hotel. I strongly not reccommend you!!

The overall hotel ambiance felt outdated!!! The snack bar cleanliness was shocking, and the organization of it left much to be desired. The wifi only working in common areas was quite inconvenient!!!

We enjoyed our holiday , especially the themed dinners each night and the very nice friendliness of the staff that made us feel right at home.

Large room, functional with twin beds. Inclusive breakfast with fried egg, live omelette and good coffee, efficient personnel. Absolutely perfect and amazing location up to entertainment, large restaurants in the local area. ...

i have been here before i didnt like the food as much as our first stay. and as i said in my first write up you could do with more space for more sunbeds as people where putting towels on them and not useing them and there is room for more table and chairs. round the pool area as pleaple do like to sit and just have a drink.and make evening a bit more entaintanting. then just one thing on as there is no where to go outside of hotel.

great access to beaches and parks for weekend exploring

I was kinda surprised by the fantastic food options available nearby, especially with eateries like Don Pizza just a few steps away, and the easy stroll to Playa de Cho Vito made my weekend all the more enjoyable as I wandered along the coast.
